How to draw a histogram in excel

If you want to do it fast,just follow the steps below.

Normally this is how your data looks like

Step1:

Click on Office button at the top left most corner then click on Excel options.

Step 2:

Click Add-Ins>>Analysis Toolpak>>click Go

Step 3:

Then a box opens up showing the add ins available.

Select Analysis Toolpak and click ok.

Step 4:

Then you give the bin values.See Picture for ex.

Step 5:

Go to Data>>Data Analysis>>Histogram.

Step 6:

Select the input,output,bin ranges  and click ok.Its done
