Flip a column in Excel with Kutools for Excel

If you want to do this easily and fast follow the following steps.
Step 1:

Install Kutools for Excel.(You will get a trail version for 45 days).Then you must see this in your excel

Step 2:

Select the coloum you need to flip.

Step 3: 

Go to Kutools>>Range Converter>>Flip Vertical Range. If you don’t get see the picture below.Its done.

How to draw a histogram in excel

If you want to do it fast,just follow the steps below.

Normally this is how your data looks like

Step1:

Click on Office button at the top left most corner then click on Excel options.

Step 2:

Click Add-Ins>>Analysis Toolpak>>click Go

Step 3:

Then a box opens up showing the add ins available.

Select Analysis Toolpak and click ok.

Step 4:

Then you give the bin values.See Picture for ex.

Step 5:

Go to Data>>Data Analysis>>Histogram.

Step 6:

Select the input,output,bin ranges  and click ok.Its done

How to take screen shot in windows 8 without using any software

If you want to take a quick screenshot, follow this

Step 1:

Open the screen that you need to take picture

Step 2:

Press Windows key +Print Screen (lies on top of keypad).

Step 3:

To open the picture, go to Pictures folder in library. Usually these are saved with name screenshot and in PNG type.

Conclusion: This is the easiest way I have ever found to take screen shot. After taking screen shot we can use some basic software’s and edit the picture.

How to check mac id of laptop

1)    Click on start menu.

2)    Click on run.

3)    Type cmd and press enter.

4)    At the command prompt

            a) If you are using windows type the command  getmac and press enter. Check your mac id which is listed under physical address. Look at picture  below.            

                                                      OR

                b) Otherwise type the command ipconfig/all and  press enter.  Check your mac  which  is listed  under physical address of Ethernet adapter Ethernet. Look at picture below.

Good News to All Facebook Users. Now Admin of a page in Facebook can Schedule a Status  that is to be Shared between 10 minutes and 6 months.

Follow these Steps to Schedule Facebook Page Status:

1.      Login with your Facebook account.

2.      Then click on your Facebook Page.

3.      Now click on Status and Type your Status.

4.      Click on Clock Icon and then Click on Calendar  where you can Set Date and Time. Then Click on 'Schedule Post'.

5.       Then the message will popup showing that “Your Post Has Been Scheduled”.

6.       By Clicking on ‘Activity Log’ you can Reschedule status and also you can Edit.

How to install a Blogger Template

How to install a Blogger Template:-


1. Log in to Blogger Dashboard and open your blog.

2. Go to "template" tab ".

3. Click on "Backup / Restore".

4. Important!!! :-Make a  backup of your old template by clicking on the "download full template" link and save the file to your hard drive.

5. Click "browse" button, Find and Upload the new Blogger Template you want to install.
